We want you to love your MOOVES. If they’re not the perfect fit, returning or exchanging is easy—and always done with care.
Return Eligibility
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery if:
- Shoes are unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Items show no signs of wear, creasing, or dirt
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, simply email us at msandoval@mymooves.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps and send your return label if eligible.
A $4.95 return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund if your order does not qualify for free returns.
Free Exchanges
Need another size or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
- Select “Exchange” in the Returns Portal
- We’ll ship your new pair as soon as the original item is scanned in transit
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us at support@moovesbaby.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Please include your order number, a short description, and a photo if applicable
