Yes! They’re made specifically for early steps—supportive, lightweight, and easy to put on.
What materials do you use?
We use premium soft leathers and child-safe materials that are gentle on baby feet.
Where are your shoes made?
MOOVES is a U.S.-based brand. Our shoes are crafted with care and tested for quality.
Are MOOVES shoes machine washable?
We recommend spot cleaning only to preserve the leather and shape.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days. We also offer 1–2 day express shipping.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link when it ships.
What are your shipping rates?
Free standard shipping over $80. Express shipping is $12.95.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S.
Can I change my address after I order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at support@moovesbaby.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address before it goes out.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return my shoes?
Visit moovesbaby.com/returns, enter your order info, and follow the steps to print a return label.

Are returns free?
If your item isn’t final sale, a $4.95 return fee may apply. Exchanges are free.
How do I exchange for another size?
Select “Exchange” during the return process. We’ll ship the new size as soon as your return is scanned.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Can I return shoes that have been worn?
Unfortunately, we only accept returns for shoes in unused, unworn condition with original packaging.

How soon will I get tracking info?
As soon as your shoes ship (within 1–3 business days), you’ll receive a link.
My package is delayed or missing—now what?
Contact us and we’ll make it right. We’re committed to resolving shipping issues fast.
Can I track my exchange shipment?
Yes! Once your exchange ships, you’ll receive a new tracking email just like with your original order.
